- Agreement: Orders are confirmed when the client accepts our quotation and terms in writing and provides a Letter of Intent (LOI).
- Purchase Agreement: A formal contract or purchase agreement will be signed by both parties to finalize the transaction.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposit requirements and due dates, will be specified in the purchase agreement. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in delays, order cancellations, or legal action. Accepted payment methods will be specified in each agreement.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Logistics: We coordinate with reputable logistics providers to ensure timely, secure delivery of goods.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs, duties, and taxes, if applicable, will be outlined in the quotation and are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
- Customs and Import Regulations: Clients are responsible for complying with all import regulations in their respective countries. We assist with the necessary documentation for customs clearance.
- Delivery Confirmation: Clients will be notified upon successful delivery of goods, and an invoice will be issued accordingly.
6. Quality Assurance

7. Cancellations and Refunds
